FORMS FOR DOWNLOADING

Anyone wishing to participate in the Basic Training or Agility Course must fill in a 'Membership form' and 'Course application form,' send it along with the fee to the address on the forms before being enrolled in the course.

Due to there being a limited number of dogs accepted into the course you will then be notified if you have been accepted into the course
